Teresa Hess lives on Whidbey Island with her husband and three daughters (17, 13, & 8). She loves to dance her heart out, make delicious food, & watch shows with her family. She is a performer, a writer, and a guide/mentor of feminine embodiment for women who want to connect more deeply with themselves.
